Event Pricing
1st Floor – $200/hr
Includes living room, dining room, kitchen, foyer and 1/2 bath, plus full access to the backyard and wraparound porch.
2nd Floor & Loft – $200/hr
Includes 3 living room spaces, 2 bedrooms, a loft with swinging bed, and 2 full bathrooms. Backyard and wraparound porch can be added on for a fee.
Entire House – $400/hr
You get it all!
All rentals require a 50% deposit upfront to save your date. All prices include the space, 25 outdoor chairs, 3 8-foot outdoor tables and cleaning. They do not include any additional decor services or damage fees. $100 minimum for photographers.
